Fast Water Flow
Fast water flow does not mean useless filtration. Our filter ensures you have quick access to clean and crisp water without waiting for a long time. Although the water flow is fast, there is no compromise on filtration performance.

Reset the Indicator
If the Indicator doesn't work after changing, please follow the instruction to reset it manually. Remove the filter, find a white box that sticks out with a button beneath where the filter normally goes. Press the button, and it will pop out. Insert the filter, put it back on.

TDS Value
TDS stands for total dissolved solids, is composed of inorganic salts and a small amount of organic matter. TDS value cannot be lowered because the filter can remove harmful substances while keeping beneficial calcium, magnesium, which is the main component of inorganic salts.
