    This is a good probiotic for me.
    The packaging came a little scrunched up but it doesn’t make a difference because the capsules are in a hard plastic container that is not affected. I checked the seals and they are fully intact. Do not order more than 2 months at a time because you will run into expiry issues. I believe probiotics have a fairly short shelf life.
