No issues. The machining looks decent, the latch on the box is very stiff but that's minor. In 1sec the 17mm one removed an aluminum stripped fill plug on my atv that had been stripped for 10 years. It was these sockets or disassemble the entire front end. The sockets worked. Worth every penny.

    The sockets performed great! I was able to remove the striped lug nuts on my older car easily following the instructions on YouTube by a generous citizen. My only disappointment was that I ordered the wrong size drive opening (3/8 of an inch), when I needed the 1/2 inch drive opening! I did not check that important issue when I placed my order and I realized it later. I had to order an adapter (3/8 to 1/2 inch to be able to use my 1/2 inch torque wrench. Also, you might want to order the longer sockets instead of the short ones. I noticed that I might not be able to use the ones I bought for some types of lug nuts! It would have cost a little bit more but definitely worth the difference.

    product is nicely packaged though i opened it couple of times with wrong side up so they all got mixed.. sockets are short and have 3/8" drive but also can be driven from outside using wrench. even the largest one was a bit too small for what i needed so could not test durability. outside dimensions are shared by couple of extraction sockets so if they are fitted into a socket wrench, there is no need to replace wrench socket when trying different extraction socket size. i think it is a great value although not perfect. for example i would have preferred 1/2" drive, longer socket and size engraved into each socket but for something that is not used that often, it is not big deal.

    I had a stripped oil pan plug bolt on my 2014 Honda Odyssey. Various attempts with different wrenches were unsuccessful. I took this stripping socket, gave a couple of light taps with a hammer to get it onto the stripped bolt snuggly. Connected my socket wrench to this socket and gave the socket wrench a few taps with a hammer and the stripped oil plan plug loosened. I was then able to finger loosen the oil pan plug. This product worked great!!! Also, a very good price imho.
