    After getting pinch bolts out with lots of PB and a big breaker bar, this tool pulled the old ball joint out with a relative ease. I don't know how I would have done it without this tool. Didn't have to remove the knuckle or use a torch. Perhaps I was lucky that they were not as rust welded in as they could have been.

    Product threads onto the ball joint to be removed, you need to keep the bolt an pins centered and once the pins bottom out in the sleeve, stop turning the wrench and just give the tool some lateral pressure and the ball joint comes right out. Two ball joints in 15 min and the tool still looks like new. Don't use an impact gun because you can't feel when the tool meets max travel.
