DEEP DEEP MUSCLE RELIEF....
The best muscle injury tool I have found in a while. By simply bending and twisting the wrong way I put myself in a world of pain. It is a long story... I was taking out a large garden bucket of leaves, arm extended pulling sideways with a twisted motion and pulled a group of muscles that I did not know could be hurt that easily. The group of muscles are called "psoa". This unit targets what I understand is in the hip flexor area . You would think how would a unit designed like this help ? It's definitely something to wrap your head and body around as it provides amazing relief to pulled, sore, muscles. The video I was able to watch you basically lay right on top of the unit and it gets deep into the core of your stomach muscles and provides the release that this group of muscles need in order to heal themselves. I not sure but it works, that's all the counts. I can't believe such an odd shaped unit can get your body and muscles back in order. It's amazing. I hope this helps in your decision making.

    Love this tool for deep muscle release, I wish I had discovered it sooner. Perfect for psoas release which is a difficult muscle to release on your own. Also great for back muscles but you need to be careful not to bruise the muscles since it can be an intense pressure point if you are reckless like me.

    The only negative is that the bottom is hard abs with a skinny strip of rubber, so it slides very easily on the floor. I used 2" rubber grip tape to give it more traction.

I put it on my bed and I lay on top of this contraption, kinda in-between my groin and hip... it hurts because it's working.     This has helped me immensely! I haven't been able to even walk in a treadmill because my psoas has been so tight and painful. I was struggling to garden too. I use this the stretch my psoas and abs and I can now walk in the treadmill after using a couple times! Lower back also better.
    It's painful at first but lay in it and move up or down your abs and psoas for about 10-15 minutes! So glad I got it!
