About the author

Michele Gilbert's greatest hope is to inspire others and show them ways to overcome adversity and gracefully accept life's inevitable low points.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York Michele was drawn to literature and writing at a young age. She enrolled at Brooklyn College and majored in English.
Today she publishes books-mostly personal development and spiritual in nature.
As an avid hiker, Michele and fellow club members often hike the picturesque Jersey Pine Barrens. She is a history buff, voracious reader, baseball fanatic and a foodie. She also proudly supports Trout Unlimited-a national non-profit organization dedicated to conserving, protecting and restoring North America's Coldwater fisheries and their watersheds.
Michele currently resides forty minutes from Atlantic City and the Jersey Shore. She makes her home with a Blue Russian rescue cat named Jersey, though she isn't exactly sure who rescued who.

- Reviewed in Canada on May 13, 2016Verified PurchaseSorry but this is so not worth it! Title is misleading..this is a SUMMARY of what reflexology is. Obviously written as an e-book, the only reason it's 90 something pages is because it's large type, with big margins and double spaced. The grammar and wording is also not very good or professional. The author mainly discusses Reflexology and some origins but it's not really an instructional guide. At best, she tells you to massage the toes, then the heel until 'something works'...this is not a proper guide at all!
I try to be positive but there is nothing positive about this book other than a nice cover. I too write e-books and if I were to publish something of this caliber I would charge no more than .99 cents. This book lacks any real pertinent information.

1.0 out of 5 stars Poor quality and deluding book
Verified PurchaseThe book doesn’t teach much about reflexology in practice, rather gives a superficial description of what reflexology is. The title is highly misleading and the book is merely a simple printout of an ebook. There is no picture in the book whatsoever to help illustrate the text. Very basic English and font is overly big, spaced out - making this already thin book eventually appear thicker than its actually content. Very little value for money.
