    Great hitch , good instructions with it. Install completed within 60 minutes that includes the torquing of bolts… the only issue I had with this is the length of the downward shaft… it can be reserved but mi hitch ball would be al 28 inches high. We bottomed out 3 times in a day, coming out of gas stations and backing out Rv into a driveway… all we did is we had two inches taken off the bottom, then used a grinder to smooth it out and tremclad paint… looks great , works great. No more issues. Solid quality item… I highly recommend this product
