    Usually, I buy chewable vit c tablets but this time I figured I would try the effervescent (water dissolvable) kind.

    Here is my experience with effervescent vs the chewable variety.

    PROS:

    - Effervescent is easy to use. You drop it in your water and let it do it’s thing. Takes about 40 to 60 second to fully dissolve.
    - Makes your water taste good. Gives it that yummy orange flavour.
    - I feel like this would enter into my bloodstream quicker than my stomach having to digest the chewable kind.
    - I take all my vitamins with water first thing in the morning, so being able to drop it in water saves me from having to chew or swallow another pill.
    - Contains Zinc, which is a plus
    - No excess packaging which is important to me. So many companies only have about a third of the product that fills the packaging, so I’m happy to see this company uses that extra space.
    - Delivery was fast

    CONS:

    - It’s a little bit expensive in my opinion. Could be a bit cheaper.
    - I wish they sold larger amounts

    SUMMARY:

    - Overall, I do recommend this product. Maybe it’s the kid in me, but I find it fun dropping the tablet into the water and watching it fizz away. I feel like I’m getting double benefit because it “forces” me to drink a full glass of water AND I’m saving time, or at least that’s what it feels like.

    Personal Tip :

    Don’t forget too that your body can only absorb a certain amount of Vit C per day, so really anything over 2000 milligrams (mg) is pointless as you will pee it out.
