Each tablet contains**: Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid) 1,000 mg, Vitamin D (Vitamin D3) (Cholecalciferol) 10 mcg (400 IU) and Zinc (zinc citrate trihydrate) 10 mg. ** For minerals, the medicinal ingredient quantity represents the amount of the element per dosage unit.

Directions

Adults 19 years and older: Dissolve 1 tablet daily in a glass of water. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
