Ingredients

Each tablet contains*: Vitamin A (all-trans-Retinyl palmitate) 705 mcg (2333 IU), Vitamin D (Vitamin D3) (cholecalciferol) 10 mcg (400 IU), Vitamin E (dl-alpha Tocopheryl acetate) 20.25 mg AT, Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 6.50 mg, Folate, (folic acid) 400 mcg, Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 9.60 mcg, Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid) 1,000 mg, Iron (Iron III pyrophosphate) 5 mg, Copper (copper II citrate) 900 mcg, Zinc (zinc citrate, trihydrate) 10 mg, Selenium (sodium selenite) 110 mcg. * For minerals, the medicinal ingredient quantity represents the amount of the element per dosage unit.

Directions

Adults 19 years and older: Dissolve 1 tablet daily in a glass of water. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.

    Tasted a lot better than I thought it would! It has a very slight carbonation and the dissolving is pretty quick. It tastes like an orange juice mixed with soda water basically!

    As per those talking about urine colour changes: urine will change colour when it’s getting rid of excess vitamins the body doesn’t need. It will change the colour of your urine since it’s full of whatever the body can’t use. It’s nothing to do with the colour of the tablet. Taking multivitamins can also cause this effect. If it’s a colour other than a brighter neon like colour, obviously seek medical help for browns and reds but the neon is pretty normal for extra vitamins.

    All in all, this is more convenient than taking vitamins for me since I dont really enjoy swallowing medications and typically forget to take medications. This I can throw in my lunch bag for work and take whenever!
    Make sure to take with food as instructed and make sure you’re drinking the correct amount of fluids through the day too as with any supplement!
