Be careful with this. I use it for work, it's great to point to something up high. However, it can go almost 2 KM at night, which though amazing, in the wrong hands can be dangerous. Don't get this for kids, if pointed at a plane or cars it can lead to serious trouble. Only for responsible adults.
Bright enough to see the beam in the dark! I wanted to get an idea of my property line so I could cleanup the broken branches and trees in our forest. This laser worked great! I pointed the beam from one marker at the correct angle toward the other marker and followed the beam putting stakes every 30 feet and then a bit of string. Without the laser I would have had a lot of zig-zaging.

Grew up with dollarstore laser pointers, so I have a fascination with laser pointers in general. Also do some teaching so it is great for highlighting points and making emphasis on important material. The laser is very powerful, and does come with the requisite warning about the emission levels. I like that you only need to rotate the lens to change the effects, and that the battery is an integrated lithium one. I remember the days of scrambling to find the tiny batteries or small AAA batteries for older lasers and it was a pain. The port fits pretty snugly on a charger block, but it does get a bit unwieldy. So just be careful of weight distribution when you plug it in. Overall a solid product for the price point.
So far so good, very bright and sturdy body, but one bad thing about this laser is the fact that it doesn't come in a single beam and you have to open the whole cover to get a straight single beam.

I was honestly surprised by how powerful this little thing is. The green beam is super bright and goes a really long distance, even outdoors at night. It’s definitely not one of those weak lasers that disappear after a few feet, you can actually see the beam clearly in the dark. The build feels solid with that non-slip grip, and it’s easy to charge using any USB-A port. I also like the starlight cap, it’s fun to play around with different patterns, but you can remove it for a straight, super strong beam. I’ve used it for presentations, pointing at things across the yard, and even just for fun, and it’s held up great every time.

I got the Rechargeable Low-Powered Laser Flashlight for my son. He is an arborist and uses it to point out tree branches to clients or his work crew. The laser is easy to charge by sticking it directly into a USB A port. It didn't come with instructions so I had to figure out how to remove the filter that creates various light effects. As a single beam, this laser is surprisingly powerful. It is able to easily reach the tops of the largest trees and be seen from the ground. It is value-priced, but high quality. Just be cautious to not shine it in anyone's eyes...this is not a toy.
