Lightly scented, flow through boosters are perfect for managing odors effectively and increasing the capacity of most diapers. The booster measures at approximately 19" long x 6" wide, for a perfect fit inside most brands/sizes of briefs. This ultra high capacity booster with flow through design is capable of absorbing approximately 2500ml.

Equipped with odor reducing technology and a light powder fragrance. This multipurpose booster can be used in tab style briefs, plastic pants, pocket diapers and more. Booster pad measures 1cm in thickness while dry, and 7cm in thickness while saturated.

    For the night I leave it full length.
    During the day I fold it in half...yes ,it is bulky that way BUT I do not have embarrassing moments.
    I am 92 and do not go out, just down to the laundry and also pick up my mail.
    Rest of the time I am in my apartment.
    I do my own cooking so am still quite active and would not want to be without these.
    will certainly buy again.

She used to use a pad liner but these are amazing and she sleeps right through the night now. I will be reordering these for her for sure !     These are the best for ABDL use that I know of. Anyone looking for incontinence products for grandma should pass these up. They are extremely effective yes, but not at all discrete. Also, they are insanely expensive. I get these when I have extra money to burn, but my goto compromise are the incontrol xlarge. They are about the same size just thinner.

    I really like these , the only thing I would change is 3 inches longer would be nice. I just put them into a pair of Abena's M4 and wow. These turned a good diaper into a great one. I love the extra thickness. I put these to uses the night before last. They ended being around an inch thick and the diapers were mostly dry.
