The face did not really resemble the picture, great quality, HUGE though and head looks small for the body and looks like a woman with bad collagen lips and even more so when I put a wig on him, good thing I don't really need face for pictures.

It took until Oct 21st to receive the replacement item. I requested the replacement piece or a new mannequin if the piece wasn't available. They asked for a picture which I sent right away. The back and forth emails drug out the process
I repeatedly told them I needed ASAP for a project. Considering it was for the 2nd half of one of my Halloween decorations, waiting 17 days to receive it was disappointing. That's just a week I will be able to use it.
The mannequin itself is impressive... that plastic piece that connects it together is a little flimsy though. I would still recommend it and buy again. They did honor the replacement, just took too long to receive it.
