I made a call to 鶹, who quickly processed a refund, but perhaps, since there are numerous other reviews that seem to reflect a similar experience, this may be an item that doesn’t travel well. I hope there’s a way to rectify this, as I’d love the savings on a great product.

    .. I cant help but feel like the two i bought were Factory Seconds or something

Only one other store in my area carries it, but the expiry date there is only a month away. 鶹 has it with 3 to 4 months to expiry date. This is the best tasting mayo I have ever tried, but take the regular and not the reduced fat. Live a little and enjoy it.
