    It's everything I expected, and for a good price too. This little SBC does so much, it's hard to ignore. The real plus on this is the fact that, sometimes when we experiment and try things, and something goes wrong. But the pricepoint is so affordable that I can keep on trying and occasionally making a mistake, without breaking the bank. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to experiment in Electronics and Computing. There is so much support for this product. Even though it's been around for a long time, it's still isn't outdated in my opinion. Sure, the 4 and 5 are better, faster, but for simple physical experimenting, this one is a good entry point. Sometimes, if everything is ok and tested, it's sometimes ok to port your app to the higher level board, but be forewarned; the pi4 doesn't work with wiringPi.h (Hardware interface), and you have to change your code for the new way they do things . Although, if you're simply ito software and/or games, YES, do go for the Pi 4 or 5. They're still a good bargain,and perform great.

    Le Raspberry Pi 3 B+ reste une excellente option pour les projets embarqués à petit budget. C’est le dernier modèle de la gamme à rester dans une fourchette de prix raisonnable, contrairement au Pi 5 qui dépasse les 100 €.

    Il démarre rapidement avec une carte microSD (testé avec ArchLinux ARM en version aarch64). Le WiFi intégré est un vrai plus pour éviter les câbles réseau, surtout dans des projets compacts.

    L’alimentation se fait via un port micro-USB (pas d’USB-C, design plus ancien), mais ça reste suffisant pour la majorité des usages. Il dispose aussi de capacités matérielles de décodage vidéo (H264/H265), accessibles via un ffmpeg patché, souvent inclus dans les distributions optimisées pour Raspberry Pi.
