The Radial ProAV2 is a passive stereo direct box specifically developed with the audio/video integrator in mind. The ProAV2 features a variety of stereo inputs, greatly simplifying signal management. To eliminate the need for various adapters, a 'Swiss Army' array of connections are provided, including 1/4" for instruments, RCA and 1/8" connectors for consumer electronics and computers, and a +4dB XLR Outputs for professional systems. The ProAV2's front panel connectors can also be used as thru-puts to allow multiple patch points. Custom wound transformers are employed that are able to withstand exceptionally hot levels while maintaining linearity from 20Hz to 18.5kHz. Although this did not solve my issue, this thing is built like a literal tank! High quality for sure. It does reduce the volume on your line though. It is way over-priced for sure.
I have tried many other DIs, I had the mono version, now I can have my click and reference tracks in stereo and the main signal in stereo for web casting and live. Expensive but I do not see another solution out there that will allow to keep my PC plugged in. I tried on battery and did experience dead battery in a show after intermission... Delivery was as expected.
These boxes are a little pricey but once I installed a couple of these in my home studio I found out they are worth every penny. Super quiet and very musical. There is a ground lift on both sides of the box. Great for unbalanced to balanced lines
This is a must-have for every hissing problem you get when recording those pre-amped synths/guitars. Basically THE swiss army knife of any good studio.

I got a per of Yamaha HS-8 studio monitor speakers not knowing they would require another device for work correctly with the PC. After watching many reviews I settled for the Radial Pro AV2. A wonderful piece of hardware once the instructions were read.
