We used the Raclette Grill this year for Thanksgiving dinner. My family and I enjoyed our meal, We cooked small pieces of meat, fish and chicken. I don’t think I will cook large pieces of meat though unless are thin cuts. ( my taste) I am very happy with this product and it was easy to clean. I recommend this product. Delivery was earlier that I expected. 👍🏻

    I bought this last winter for Christmas dinner. The racillette side has a nice grill, perfect for scallops, lobster, veggies, or whatever you want. The underside melts cheese nicely with the included pans. Some plastic scrapers would have been a nice addition (like my old set had). The pancake side makes beautiful pancakes. This pulls apart for easy cleaning. My only complaint is the extremely short cord which is not realistic for tabletop dining, I have to use an extension cord. I am otherwise pleased with this purchase that comes out at least once a month!

    So far we used it only one time. We had the raclette on a consistent temperature for 2 hours. We set the temperature control about 2/3 of the setting. Cooking surface gave us a consistent 375 F. /180 C. We had a selection of vegetables, beef and marinated chicken. Even after a continues operation for straight 2 hours non of the food items burned. Heat consistency on the surface was fairly even and non of the food items burned. Heating element are a little bit too close to the lower individual trays. Food items on the individual trays need to be very thin so they don't touch the heating elements.
