This product fit perfectly on my Kobo Libra Color. The instructions are clear and simple but like any other screen protectors of this type, it’s almost impossible to apply without getting at least a few bubbles (Is that just me?). I have pets and that means always having at least a few hairs on any given surface at any given time even if I just cleaned it. I followed every steps and used the alcohol wipe (which felt a bit dry) and the little sticker to remove the dust but there were still a few remaining hairs on my screen. Since it’s a 3-packs I could have tried again in hopes to do a better job but I just gave up at this point.

The major thing I don’t like about this product is that it reduces quite a bit the screen’s sensitivity especially on the edges. It doesn’t bother me too much when I’m reading a book but all the settings are located on the top and bottom of the screen. I often have to press a few times at the same spot when I want to go back to my books or adjust the luminosity before it works. You could avoid this problem by using a stylus. If you’re ready to sacrifice a little screen sensitivity for the protection aspect, then this product is a good option for you. I personally will probably end up removing it because I find this quite annoying.

I have been hesitant to toss my Kobo Libra Color in a bag with other items as with a screen of that size there's a pretty high risk that something will scratch it at some point. I was a bit hesitant to put a screen protector on because I didn't want to change the reading experience from brightness, glare, or by having text distorted. Also I was concerned with the sensitivity of the stylus input (I have the official Kobo stylus). With this film everything looked and felt exactly the same to me as without it, so I'm quite impressed by that.

The installation was easy, I thought it would be more difficult given the amount of surface area to get dust off, but it went on perfectly, bubble free and right in the center. There is the tiniest of space on the edge but I feel that if it were too big it may introduce bubbles or be hard to install so I think it's a good thing here and the main part of the screen is protected. I do like the included hinge stickers with the installation kit so you can line it up before removing the back film (marked number 1) and once you have it perfectly centered and all dust removed slowly and carefully remove the 1 film without kicking up dust and put it on the screen. I like to start from roughly the center instead of an edge with a slight bend in it so it starts to stick to the screen in all directions at once and it worked perfectly.

The kit includes 3 of everything consumable, but the smoother which you can keep to reuse. My only one issue was that the cleaning pad was bone dry. A couple of drops of water and ring out the excess took care of that though.

I bought my daughter a new Kobo Libra Colour e-reader for her birthday. She broke her old e-reader’s screen, so I thought it was important to protect this investment – her new Kobo. I researched protective screens and found the RSAquar 3 Pack Screen Protector for Kobo Libra Colour. I was very hopeful that it would work well. In fact, I assumed that it would, based on most of the reviews, but it didn't. It was very easy to install and it looked great. There were a couple of small bubbles, but it was easy to squeegee them out using the included card. I accidentally missed a spec on the screen, so the lower-right corner of the protector had a small bubble that I couldn’t get rid of, but that was my fault, not of the screen protector’s. To my disappointment, immediately after installing the screen, I found that the screen was often unresponsive to my finger touching the screen. Most times, I had to hold the e-reader with both hands and squeeze my thumb or finger on the screen in order to get it to react. Many times, that didn’t work either. – See pictures and video.

Others in my family couldn’t get it to work very consistently, either. I tried washing my hands and thought that might have helped a bit, but it just didn’t work very well. One of my daughters seemingly had better success than myself and the three others, so then I thought it might be something to do with body temperature. Tonight, my daughter asked me to remove the screen protector because she found it too frustrating trying to press the screen and it not reacting. I even tried swapping out the screen protector with another one of the three that came in the package, but that didn’t help. As soon as I removed it, the screen worked flawlessly with finger touches, as it should. It might work with a stylus, but my daughter doesn’t have one and therefore, just uses her fingers and thumbs – which normally works. I’ve used 2 other brands of screen protectors for our other Kobo Libra Colour e-readers and they worked fine, so I suggest something else, other than this one.

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend the RSAquar 3 Pack Screen Protector for Kobo Libra Colour because we have found that it makes the screen too unresponsive when using our fingers. 1 out of 5 stars.

Good value for screen protectors; they were easy to install and have kept my e-reader screen safe from scratches. I appreciate there being three in the pack.... that way if you mess up the first attempt (as I always do), there's backup. No lifting at the edges or weird ripples or bubbles.
