I absolutely love these. This brand too. Since I had some issues with my heart and some other medical issues, my dietitian has put me on the Mediterranean diet. Lots of nuts and seeds. After trying a few brand, I get everything from these guys. My only complaint ever is price. Usually everything is price one to two dollars more than I feel it should be. That said, the quality is always there. Also, they stack nicely in my keyboard drawer :)
