So far the best cushion I have found. After losing a lot of weight tmy rear end padding is gone. They are too expensive though. Especially the one for $417.
4.0 out of 5 starsGood cushion while it will hold air

I bought this cushion for my elderly mother who sits in her recliner most of the time. The cushion really made a difference relieving the pressure points from sitting for so long. It has, however, developed a leak around the stem and it will not hold air any longer. It was purchased about a year ago so any patches/instructions have long been lost.

This cushion is very comfortable, especially when sitting for a few hours. I also love the fact that you can adjust the firmness to meet your needs at any moment.
1.0 out of 5 starsWould Be a Great Product If Not So Difficult to Inflate

This Roho pillow comes with a plastic air pump that requires manual hand pumping to fill the pillow. While the initial air fill is tedious, once it's fully filled there should only be occassional need to add air. All this was understood and acceptable.
The problem is once filled with air using the provided pump, it is impossible to tighten the air nossle top, attached to the pillow, to keep the air just pumped into the pillows interior. One of the following occurs:
(1) The air escapes through the air nozzle, out into the pump when you try to twist the nossle top closed when it is still connected to the pump's hose. (2) If you remove the pump's hose from the air nozzle, the air escapes out the air nozzle.
A task that should as simple as filling a small pillow aith air is a hopeless and unachievable task. There should be some backdraft blocker in either the air nozzle attached to the pillow or in the pump so when trying to tighte the air nozzle cap the air just pumped in doesn't escape out the nozzle or pump.
My wife fell & broke her leg. The visiting nurse recomended this cushion, not this particular cushion but the manufacturer. My wife did not like it, I on the other hand absolutely love it. I can sit on this cushion for hours & it doesn't have me squirming to make an adjustment.
