The quality of this mouse does not match the asking price. It gives a very cheap feel in the hand, although it is indeed as light as advertised. The customizable buttons are quite fundamental in functionality, the web version is not fully functional and the software version is slightly better. In this price range, you can easily buy a much better product from other brands.
The mouse randomly disconnects for unknown reasons with either a USB connection or a Bluetooth connection. I tried replacing the USB connection cable, however the situation is still not better. I suspect it's a quality issue, but returning it is too much of a hassle and I can't get a full refund, so I'm keeping it.
May 8th 2025 Update:
The after-sales service reached out to me and helped me after I experienced a problem with it. I got a new mouse for free and this time it had no problem. It seems that we can trust the customer service of this brand and because of that, I have re-rated it.
