These little bulbs pack a pretty big punch in terms of brightness. I was surprised how much light they put out.

The size is great for smaller fixtures where a standard bulb feels too big.

They all work when I tested them but I can't speak to how long they will last. I'll update this review if any die quickly.

The only con I can say is that they do have a little bit of a green tint to them which is common in soft white LEDs. It's not a huge deal but it's noticeable when I have one lit next to a higher quality bulb.

Overall I think these are a good value if you're looking for some small A15 bulbs for around the house.

You ever wake up in the middle of the night, expecting to make easy transit to the bathroom? Perhaps the kitchen for a late night snack? Or maybe there was a disturbance and haste is required vacating the area to avoid harm or at least minimize the risk of such plausible causatums but you misplaced your phone......AGAIN??? Ever since the quest for fire supplied households with candles our never quenchable thirst for technological improvement has lead to the advent of AC/DC (the current, not the band) rocking (no pun intended) all outlets (no correlation) in your home (where you have established permanent residence). This permitted the replacement of candle or oil based lighting fixtures with advanced light bulbs. Carbon filament, coil filament, LED, and many, many more.

So here we are, with yet another test summarizing the quality and efficiency of an energy siphoning product. The RIMOL E26 A15, 3 watt (25 watt equivalent) light bulb set is non-dimmable with a luminosity of 2700K, emitting warm light, thus minimizing the amount of negative effect blue light intruding into our lives, and emanating a little sunshine when The Sun itself is unavailable. The bundle of six arrived tightly packaged in a cardboard box and secured further within a cutout cardboard holder for stability which prevents shattering or at the very least, concussions. Removing them from this coffin it seemed like I was ready to make eggs for breakfast. I inspected carefully, observing no defects and a perfect white colour finish. Rounded shape with polished silver thread base for docking with the fixture discharging electrical current.

I tried them, one by one, to ensure all are healthy and willing to work. They are. And they do. Sharing the same appetite for performance (not Destruction, à la Guns N' Roses), they all emit a consistently luminous and visually warm glow (à la AC/DC...and Guns N' Roses. What? Both great bands). Sitting there for some time I basked in the UV-less cascade, simulating the ambiance and atmosphere of the world outside. It doesn't compare, but with these warm hued lights it comes dangerously...far. No disrespect to our synthetic equivalents but engineering the natural benefits and beauty of our parent star are difficult to master.

As for the lights themselves, easy installation, perfect fit, and the degree of luminosity impress me immensely. Again, I requested the 2700K warm option purposely minimizing intensity and creating a romantic, pleasant and more natural climate. I successfully plagiarized the desired effect. The portion of the bulbs emitting light don't seem to heat up, at least during the testing process. The portion connecting to the fixture, however, does, but this is typical of LED lights so don't be alarmed unless the generative heat is reminiscent of nuclear fusion. At which point you'll not mind very much on account of being extinguished!

I recommend these RIMOL's. At 3W per bulb they are very efficient allowing me to use them in multi-light fixtures without anxiety. Additionally, six units for the price of $20 CAD is somewhat competitive. Another great feature is the small form factor which allows them to be used in lamps, as well. The test of durability is ongoing for this item so it's not out of the woods yet, as it were. And remember, these are the E26 standard.

For the time being these are sufficient. I'm no longer scared of the dark when the wife and kids aren't home... What? The house makes noises, sometimes.

Decent light in a small size

When I ordered these, I was hoping for fairly dim light. I bought two LED bulbs when they were first coming out, around 2008-2009, and they were expensive and dim. Now I only have one, and I keep it attached to a motion sensor in a room with a treadmill. There have been times when I wanted to go on the treadmill, keep the room dark, and watch a TV show. For that, I would like very low lighting, enough that I can make out where I am, but not enough to disrupt my TV watching. These little bulbs are too bright for that.

They are small, even smaller than the product page image says: 7.3 cm height (under 3"), 4.3 cm diameter (under 1 3/4"). They will probably fit into any light fixture.

It's not hot when it's on and I touch it.

I have a place for one of these. It's not bright, but it puts out a decent amount of light.
These weren't exactly what I was looking for, though.
