Product description
Like the RESCUE! Outdoor Disposable Fly Trap, but bigger—way bigger. The RESCUE! Big Bag Fly Trap uses the same powerful fly bait as our other outdoor flytraps, but with a much larger capacity of up to 40,000 flies. Flies are lured to the trap by our fly bait. Once inside the trap, they can’t escape and quickly expire. A fast-acting bait in a water soluble pouch is included in the trap: just add water to activate. The attractant starts luring flies very quickly. All-in-one design means you never touch the bait or the flies. Simply dispose when full. For OUTDOOR Use Only! Our special attractant is designed to lure flies, and for that reason, it is very smelly and intended for outdoor use only! Flies find the scent of our special fly bait irresistible, but—trust us—you and your house guests will not. Only use this trap outdoors, and at least 20 feet away from any living areas.

- Reviewed in Canada on March 27, 2025Verified PurchaseThese work great. The smell of them is terrible but the bugs like them. I put them down wind or a little ways away from where we are sitting.
- Reviewed in Canada on July 6, 2024Verified PurchaseIt works as it should great
- Reviewed in Canada on March 18, 2025Verified PurchaseThese DO work amazing, just be careful what you order. I recieved the small bag and NOT the Big bag that was advertised!!
- Reviewed in Canada on March 17, 2025Verified Purchasesimple to install and use, no complaints
- Reviewed in Canada on August 18, 2022Verified PurchaseThese work by attracting flies. The bags fill up in no time (we have cows nearby). We still have some flies in and around the house but they are reduced by about 90%. We have all 3 set up; two in the back yard and one on the other side of the driveway from the door. The biggest plus of these is that there is no need to spray toxic chemicals around your property and no need for the ugly sticky fly strips. To dispose of these, just pop the lid back down and throw out. I'm not sure if the bags are ultimately biodegradable but using the reusable fly traps is extremely unpleasant as they need to be cleaned out. Will definitely be using again next summer.

5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing fly catcher!!
Verified PurchaseTo say I’m in shock is an understatement, this thing really works… I’ve never seen so many flies in a bag and more waiting to crawling in!! You do need to put it away from where you sit outside because it lures them. I think our bag has all the flies from the neighborhood 😄

5.0 out of 5 stars These things work amazing
Verified PurchaseTraps 1000's of flies fast. The only disadvantage is it smells like death. Don't put it close to any doors or windows, unless you relish the smell of sewage and a dead carcass. The upside is, I have never seen anything catch that many flies that quickly. I would recommend this product for price and effectiveness.

5.0 out of 5 stars Wow!
Verified PurchaseWe had a major fly outbreak in our camp area this summer. Placed 3 of these in a perimeter triangle outside our camping area.. Wow! Must have killed 100,000 flies and still going strong. It kept all the flies out and they are still going strong 4 weeks later. That said there is a ‘fine line’ for placing them far enough away to prevent smelling them and making the perimeter defensive line work.

5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing!
Verified PurchaseThis product WORKS! We have tons of flies in the area and all the neighbors suffer (there are cows and horses down the road). I put this out in the far corner of the back yard and there have been next to no flies bugging us or either next door neighbor! I do recommend changing the bag in the evening so the flies trapped aren’t as active and the new bag has time to “soak” overnight.

4.0 out of 5 stars Pretty damn stinky but definitely attracts flies.
Verified PurchaseSo yes the product is very stinky and it does attract flies however the manufacture of the disposable bags is less than ideal I will give you an example I take one bag out fill it up bring it outside to hang it on a tree and the hole breaks and the bag splashed all over my legs I have to come inside and wash it off it’s not a smell that comes off easily. take two take the second bag Fill it up outside with the hose thinking well if it leaks at least I’m outside. No, the bottom of the bag is open and everything proceeds to flow at the bottom of the bag again landing on my feet and my legs EGADS. OK I wrapped it up put it in a plastic bag what do I do with the stinky mess? I throw it down by my tree line only to have my husband run over it with the lawn mower and say what the hell is that smell?!?! LMAO so while I recommend using the product I do not recommend the disposable bags. I ordered the hard plastic jars that are reusable but I will not be reusing them. But you can at least close the jar to stop the wretched death smell and they won’t leak all over you. They do attract many flies and work well. When you dispose of the bags be careful because they still attract A MILLION GAZILLION FLIES. Keep away from the house. Holy heck.
