I still haven't figured out how to use all of the features on the RENPHO eye massager but I am loving it. The massaging feature feels so good and is so relaxing. The heat is an added bonus.

Update: The company got in touch with me to resolve the issue as best as they could. In today’s world, where customer service is pretty much non- existent, I greatly appreciate the effort.

I was extremely excited to get this. My disappointment couldn’t be greater. The eye massager is super bulky and is very uncomfortable. It hampers your nose and breathing process even after repeated adjustments.

The massager itself feels like it’s pushing your eye balls out of the back of your head - and that is on the soft setting. The temple massage gives me an instant headache. So, all of the massage features are completely useless. I didn’t expect much from the Bluetooth speakers and they sound as tinny as expected.

The only good feature is the heat, if you can manage to find a semi comfortable placement of the device. But, at close to 90 bucks for a heated eye mask, there are way better and cheaper options out there.

By far the most disappointing tech purchase I’ve made in a very long time.

I recently purchased the Renpho Iris 3, primarily for its cooling pad feature, but my experience has been disappointing. When the device starts, it immediately activates the massage and pulsating pressure features, which cannot be stopped without going through individual buttons. The cooling pad, which attaches via Velcro, has design flaws. There aren't enough grooves to ensure a secure fit, and it can only be attached in one direction. This makes it less effective and somewhat frustrating to use.

Additionally, the Bluetooth connectivity is not straightforward. I hoped to use the device to play music while enjoying the cooling pad or an occasional massage, but this feature is poorly implemented. The voice control is also highly unreliable, often failing to recognize commands and requiring frequent repetition. Having previously owned the Iris 1, I expected the Iris 3 to be a significant upgrade. However, it didn’t meet my needs or expectations, and I regret not sticking with the Iris 1. Overall, I cannot recommend the Renpho Iris 3 for those seeking a user-friendly and reliable eye massager.
