The hydraulic support is great, I’ve had boxes in the past where I’m trying to wrestle with cushions and the lid keeps falling. Holds a good number of our outdoor cushions, plus a little extra space. The zippered liner is a pleasant surprise. We had a big storm last night. I went out this morning to see how the contents fared and everything was snug and dry.

I love that all the screw points go in to metal, instead of plastic like some of the rubbermaid-style ones. - TIP - Make sure to pay attention to the instructions, and not screw in the screws until the very end

Only complaint I have, and it's super super minor, is it uses hex head screws so you need to use an annoying allen wrench (provided). It would be have much easier if they just used phillips head topped screws. But again, super minor complaint.
