Doesn't disolve
This stuff doesn't disolve. Just sits in big clumps in the water. I have used many different types of electrolyte powders and never seen this. Not sure if I want to drink it. Thinking something is wrong with it?

    I was recommended this brand of electrolyte powder but as I had not tried it I wasn't sure what flavor to pick. I also liked the idea of the individual packets for convenience. It met all my expectations and I ended up liking most of the flavors. Would recommend if you want to try this brand.

    Bought these to try as an alternative to drinking Gatorade Zero for an electrolyte boost. Definitely pricy for just a few single serve packs but wanted to try them all out. Personally loved the strawberry lemonade best. Keep in mind though they definitely are salty (as advertised). I don’t think I like it enough to buy a big container personally. My husband absolutely hated this stuff.

    I saw a few reviews on here saying that it doesn’t dissolve in water. I used my handheld milk frothing tool to blend the packet contents in a small amount of water first and it completely dissolved. Then I added the rest of my water to dilute. Worked great, zero clumps.

    We received this in a day! I currently use Body Health Perfect Aminos (watermelon), which I love. When I saw REDMOND Re-Lyte Hydration via an Instagram post by drjamesdinic, I was curious about it. Then I saw that it contained Magnesium Glycinate, which my heath practitioner recommended I take. Some of the electrolytes that I've tried before contained magnesium which upsets my stomach. This product did not upset my stomach and it tastes great. I was worried, based on other reviews, that it might be too salty, but that was not the case. I will be buying more but won't know which flavor till I try them all. My husband liked mango and I had watermelon lime.

    Honestly, many of the flavors taste pretty good. I was surprised I even liked mixed berry quite a bit. The only real downside is this does not dissolve easily at all. I even tried using a milk frother because stirring wasn’t working. There are just some granules that won’t dissolve, so I just down them all at the end! Also, because they all likely use the same base salt mixture, this is true for all flavors.

    Overall it’s well worth trying the sampler to see what you like. A lot of sampler packs have a ton of dud flavors but this one impressed me.

    A lot of salts of the key three most people need. Lots of sodium so it’s a good mix for POTS. The only thing a bit lacking is probably the magnesium.
    Sodium: 810 mg
    Chloride: 1280 mg
    Potassium: 400 mg
    Magnesium: 50 mg

    Like someone else said though, the unflavored one is super nasty. It’s like drinking baking soda in water.
