Customers have mixed opinions about the quality of the product. Some mention it's a good product and decent quality for the price. However, others say the guide for the 1/4" seem is very cheaply made and bends very easily. They also say the presser foot is flimsy and doesn't hold a firm line against fabric while sewing.
This is a nice little tool to have. I wasn't able to use it because it didn't fit my Singer 5528 machine. It was my fault because I suspected it wouldn't but I still purchased it. I gave it five stars because it is of good quality, strong and I am sure if it was right for my machine, it would have worked great.
Doesn't stay firmly on my machine so I have to keep straightening the foot as I go. Even though it's supposed to be for a Brother sewing machine it doesn't fit well.

Bought this to help with better accuracy on seam allowance when stitching patchwork together. Having the metal guide made a huge difference and when it came to putting it all together I was very impressed that the squares all matched up with only the odd little bit out. This made stitching so much easier and the price point was excellent for a great sturdy sewing foot, every sewer should have one of these in their sewing box!!
