    This review and rating is for the sour cream and onion flavor Quest Protein Chips. Some of the other flavors I don't care for and would not give them 5 stars, but I realize it's all a personal preference anyway. I love sour cream and onion ANYTHING, so it's no surprise I really like these.

    I am a chip-aholic, but due to the carbs in chips, I really needed to cut back. I was also trying to increase my protein, so these chips really fit into my nutritional plan well. Only 5 carbs in the entire bag and 20grams of protein. I tried to eat them only 1-2 times per week as a treat, or when I really needed some crunch. They do NOT taste just like regular potato chips, so make sure your expectations are such. But really they are quite good. Before you order an entire 6-pack, I do suggest you try out a bag first, just in case they are not your thing. Most local health food stores (GNC, Vitamin Shop) sell them in single bags. Once you find the flavor you like, come to 鶹 because they are generally cheaper on here to get a 6-pack.

    I have tried other brands of protein chips, and these Quest Sour Cream & Onion are truly the only kind I can stomach that have low carbs. I've found some other protein chips I can eat, but they typically have 14+ grams of carbs per bag, so the 5 grams in these bags are definitely more appealing.
