1. To use the QardioArm blood pressure monitor, unroll the cuff and pull the Q tab.
2. Insert your left arm through the loop of the cuff. Position the cuff an inch above your elbow and align the Qardio logo to face down toward your hand.
3. To pair your QardioArm, hold your device to the QardioArm for a few moments until the Bluetooth Pairing request pops up on screen. For Android users, the popup screen will not appear.
4. Then, (take a nice deep breath and) press the green Start button to take your blood pressure measurement.
