miNATURALS Inulin Fibre powder is an effective dietary supplement that is a 100% natural prebiotic fibre that improves good bacteria that exists naturally in your gut. Adequate intake of inulin is beneficial in promoting bowel health by regulating bowel habits and promoting gut health. DIRECTIONS: ADULTS (18 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER): 1-2 level teaspoons (2.5g-5.0g) into at least 250 ml of water or preferred beverage. Add to soft food (hot or cold). Stir briskly until dissolved. Take (2) hours before or after taking other medications or natural products since the absorption of these may be delayed. One to two (1-2) level teaspoons, up to 3 times daily. COOKING AND BAKING: Add desired amount directly to food as it is prepared. Use in moist foods or recipes for best results. MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS: Inulin (Jerusalem artichoke, Helianthus tuberosus – tuber) 2.5g per teaspoon. KNOWN ADVERSE REACTIONS: Hypersensitivity has been known to occur. If ingesting more than 5g per day, may cause mild gastro-intestinal discomfort (such as gas, bloating, cramps). INULIN IS A GOOD SOURCE OF FIBRE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF GOOD HEALTH AND HELPS SUPPORT AND MAINTAIN A HEALTHY DIGESTIVE SYSTEM.
