Directions

    I can't speak to the long term usefulness of the product because I was looking for a vitamin, not a preworkout. Looking at the label I can't imagine how there's any major amount of caffeine in here when there's only ~9g of green tea extract per capsule, but one capsule felt like a hefty cup of coffee. Never tried taking two and can't imagine doing four in one day (which is how many you're supposed to take!)

    What is the point of listing the cost per pill if it doesn't stipulate the daily dosage? At 4 pills per day, that increases the dosage price from $0.44 per pill to $1.76. You can just keep decreasing the size of the pills and mislead people even further. If you're going to be charging that amount, then it should come with some health guarantees as well as independently published research.

    Upon closer inspection I see that the vitamin B12 is more than 100 times the RDA (recommended daily allowance) of 2.4 mcg/day. Yes, seriously, 100 times! No products in other countries do that, probably because it would be illegal.

    Maybe Pure Encapsulations does it because it provides a little feeling of boost or something - I can't imagine why else they would do something so unwise - but it can't be healthy.

    Also not sure why it would have "'Inositol" but that is a minor quibble compared to the B12 levels!
