Each serving size (1 capsule) contains: DL-alpha-Lipoic acid 50 mg, N-AcetylL-cysteine 50 mg, Turmeric Root Extract 50 mg, Milk thistle Seed Extract 62.5 mg, Broccoli Sprout Concentrate 50 mg, Artichoke Leaf Extract 62.5 mg, Taurine 112.5 mg, Glycine 112.5 mg, L-Glutamine 112.5 mg, L-Methionine 50 mg, Chlorella Broken cell 100 mg, Vitamin C 4.3 mg. Other ingredients: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, Purified water.

Directions

As a dietary supplement, adults, take 3-4 capsules 2 times daily with meals, a few hours before or after taking other medications or health products. Drink plenty of water while taking this product. Use for a minimum of 3 weeks to see beneficial effects.

    I started taking these on the recommendation of my naturopath and really like them. They are on the large size though. The dosage on the bottle says to take 3 pills a day. The write up underneath the product here suggests up to 6 a day, so that’s a concern.
