Ingredients

Each serving size (1 capsule) contains: Iron (ferrous bisglycinate chelate) (Ferrochel) 28 mg, Vitamin C (calcium ascorbate/ascorbyl palmitate) 100 mg. Other ingredients: Vegetarian capsule (hypromellose, water), hypoallergenic plant cellulose.

Directions

As a dietary supplement: adults, adolescents, and children (6 years and older) take 1 capsule daily with a meal, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
