Each serving size (1 capsule) contains: Vitamin C 135 mg, Niacinamide 10 mg, Folate 200 mcg, Biotin 3 mg, Zinc 15 mg, Copper 0.5 mg, Manganese 1 mg, Silicon 7 mg, PABA 75 mg, Hydrolyzed collagen type II 250 mg, Grape seed extract 70 mg, Coenzyme Q10 30 mg. Directions

As a dietary supplement, adults, take 1 capsule 2 times daily with meals, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 28 days.
