Ingredients

Each serving size (1 capsule) contains: L-Tyrosine 333.3 mg, Velvet-bean Seed Extract (Mucuna pruriens) 66 mg, Rhodiola Root Std. Extract (Rhodiola rosea) 33.3 mg, Green Tea Leaf Std. Extract (Camellia sinensis) 33.3 mg, Grape Seed Std. Extract (Vitis vinifera) 33.3 mg, Zinc (zinc picolinate) 3.3 mg, Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5’-phosphate) 2.3 mg, Folate (calcium L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate, Metafolin) 166.7 mcg. Other ingredients: Vegetarian capsule (hypromellose, water).

Directions

As a dietary supplement, adults, take 3 capsules 2 times daily with meals, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner. Not to be taken immediately before bed time. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 3 months.

Different sellers have different prices but 鶹 seems to best and fastest so far. I take 5 at breakfast and 5 at lunch. There’s no downward “bonk” like an energy drink would give you. It’s just a true dopamine enhancement. Do your own research! This is definitely the best brand out there!
