Ingredients

Each serving size (1 capsule) contains: L-5-Hydroxytryptophan (from Griffonia simplicifolia seed) 100 mg. Other ingredients: Hypo-allergenic plant cellulose, Hydroxy propyl methylcellulose, Purified water.

Directions

As a dietary supplement, adults, for healthy mood balance support, take 1 capsule 3 times daily with meals. For sleep aid support, take 1-2 capsules daily, 30-45 minutes before bedtime.

    I won’t take anything until it’s recommended by a professional whom I trust. These supplements were recommended by the cardiologist, Dr Pradip, Orlando based. I haven’t finished the first bottle yet, but I have noticed a significant improvement in my mood and sleep. For how long I would take these, not sure, probably will do more research.
