I have been through just about every formula out there over the last few months for my 4 month old who has severe cow milk / dairy allergy. Even with breast milk she would vomit constantly and was in constant pain after every feeding. I finally eliminated dairy and foods containing dairy from my diet but still need to supplement with formula for daycare. I finally made my way around to Puramino A+ . LIFE SAVER.. my baby girl is so calm, no pain... no more screaming for hours after feedings and she is having regular bowel movements. I saw a immediate change after 12 hours and getting better. I highly recommend this formula for parents struggling with a new born/child with food sensitivities and or cow milk allergy. It is so hard seeing your baby in so much pain and be unable to help them finding right formula made me so happy. IT SMELLS AND TASTES DISGUSTING TO US.... because its obviously not meant for adult consumption. My daughter was hesitant at first but has no problem drinking it. This formula is expensive but can be covered under OHIP in Canada with a doctors prescription. It is hard to find in stores but your pharmacy would then order it in. I bought my initial cans on amazon. It is cheaper on 鶹 $55 compared to $71 in Shoppers according to the pharmacist. It is also very thin but so is breast milk. For those moms who breast feed and can keep dairy out of their diet to continue breastfeeding this is a great supplement. If you strictly bottle feed then again it is more than enough for your little one. The cans are small and you will need a substantial amount (7-11 cans a month depending on your baby's feeding). I suggest getting your childs physician to write a prescription so you can find out if your private insurance or OHIP will cover the cost. Start with ordering two cans to see if your baby can tolerate the formula. Good luck!!
