This is my first time using psyllium husk to try to improve overall digestive health so I have no reference for comparison but so far after taking it for about 2 weeks, it has helped. Suggested dosage is 5 capsules 2 times per day, so with 300 capsules its a 30 day supply. I have skipped days as I don't feel I need to take it every single day. It requires a lot of water intake and the label says to only take 1 capsule at a time. The capsules are average sized so they're portable and easy to swallow. There is an herbal scent from the pills. I have not had any negative side effects. I have tried only a few miNATURALS supplements before and never had any issues. It contains more than just psyllium husk: -papaya -inulin -acai -ginger -chlorella
