My name is Adão José Gonçalves da Cruz, I am Brazilian, independent writer, living in the city of São Paulo, Brazil. Graduated in System Analysis and Development, specialization in MBIS Information Security. After writing psychology essays, I decided to attend the "Psychologist Training" at the university and learn techniques and knowledge of Psychology, to work as a Professional Psychologist.
In the 1972s, at the age of fourteen, I had the idea of observing people and researching facts in newspapers and magazines to write a novel. I wrote some novels, but I didn't publish them due to financial difficulties, as well as being uncomfortable and uncomfortable mixing fiction with reality. At the time, I was very concerned about the reasons, the conditions and why people committed suicide, committed violence with their families, as well as in society in general, because the military regime and the civil war were still progressing in Brazil.
In this scenario, I observed the different world societies that were undergoing strong sociopolitical and socioeconomic changes due to the two World Wars. For example, the shredding of the 1972 Summer Olympics that were held in the city of Munich, which at the time, due to the political decisions of the "Cold War", belonged to West Germany. The Olympic Games ran from August 16 to September 11. The Munich Olympics went down in history due to the terrorist action that the Palestinian group Black September promoted inside the Olympic Village against the delegation of Israeli athletes, when the world observed the action of the kidnapping plan, which ended in the massacre of eleven Jewish athletes. After observing different individual people and different groups, I decided to research human behavior.
Thus, I present my research and observation that came to be called Action-Research, when I got to know Kurt Lewin's ideas through his Action-Research. In the 1984s, I did not consider putting my ideas into practice, because they were not yet mature in the face of the sociopolitical and sociocultural ideas and complexes that were in full development, that is, the military regime and the civil war were still flourishing in Brazil.
The idea of writing psychology essays on human behavior became real when observing in the "mobile laboratories" various types of physical, religiosity/spirituality (R/E), psychological and mental phenomena; However, it was when I started to observe and listen to people (directly and indirectly), as well as to research the behaviors of real people within public transport.
I woke up around 3 a.m., from Monday to Friday, to be able to accompany peculiar people and groups of people on different public transport, and then go to work and study at night. At the time, listening to and observing people and analyzing the behaviors of real people were in "mobile laboratories", that is, in public places such as collective buses, public squares, movie theaters, film clubs, subway transport system (subway) in several stations of the São Paulo subway; in shopping malls, bars, virtual game rooms, homeless people, cafeterias, restaurants, and on streets in neighborhoods and communities in the city of São Paulo, Brazil.
After eighteen years of observations and analysis of real people, which also included courses, face-to-face and video lectures, literary research, documentaries of facts, as well as observing and listening to patients in nursing homes, hospitals, clinics and psychiatric hospitals and the penitentiary system in the city of São Paulo, Brazil. He also frequented official professional football stadiums to observe different groups of fans in the stands (and at the exits of the stadiums) in different official championships, as well as "lowland football" on some weekends during field football matches. On weekends, he took the opportunity to gather the material observed and collected during the week.
The psychology essays I wrote were edited in Portuguese, then translated and adapted to other languages, to offer possibilities for people to know my Action-Research, based on the Foundations of Esoteric Psychology and the foundations of Analytical Psychology by Carl Gustav Jung. For analysis and practicality, all the psychology essays I have written bring great benefits to people who grasp the topics presented.
In these essays, the reader will be able to apprehend the studies of the nature of the psyche, the bending of psychic time and self-realization through the practice of scientific exercises of Retrospection and Concentration, or Retrospection and Concentration Therapy - RCT. These studies and research encompass hypotheses of the origin of the collective unconscious, of the personal unconscious, of the psychic-quantum process of individuation, based on the studies of Carl Gustav Jung.
Psychology essays are aimed at all people who study, research, and evaluate the emotional development and mental and social processes of individuals, groups, and institutions, for the purpose of analysis, treatment, guidance, and education, who diagnose and evaluate emotional and mental disorders and social adaptation, elucidating conflicts and issues and accompanying patients during the treatment or cure process. However, they investigate unconscious factors of individual and group behavior, making them conscious, who develop experimental, theoretical and clinical research and coordinate teams and activities in the area and the like.
