Directions

Adult women, insert 1 ovule vaginally twice daily, in the morning and at bedtime, for 7 days. Moisten ovule with a little water. Place 1 ovule into applicator using light pressure. Insert the applicator high into the vagina; push the inside of the applicator down its whole length to release ovule. Remove applicator from body and clean applicator with soap and warm water prior to next use. Use of panty liner is recommended while using Provacare. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 7 days, or if symptoms persist or worsen.

    For some reason, my vajayjay is a hothouse flower. Finicky at the best of times. A lot of times when I have sex with my boyfriend, I'll end up getting a yeast infection (and not one that's bouncing back and forth - just one that happens with sex, interferes with my flora and then causes me grief). ANNOYING. So now, after sex - I pop one of these bad boys for a few consecutive days and it seems to keep any itch/discomfort in check. Many times, it just fades away and I don't even give it a second though. It's definitely reduced my need for antibiotics, which is awesome. My only complaint: it's a lot of $ for 7 days. Fortunately, I find I don't need to use them as directed anyway - just a few here and there. Wishing everyone happy hoo-hahs!
