    I am not crazy about the prevalence of “tempered” glass screen protectors. In my opinion, they don’t really help protect your phone from shattering like they claim. I have never broken a phone screen until I started using glass protectors. If you think about it, glass on glass, where’s the cushion? A thinner-than-paper layer of adhesive between the two? I would much rather have a plastic film, as I feel like it can provide SOME sort of cushioning effect when dropped.

    What the glass protectors have going for them, is they don’t scratch easily. If you’re like me, though, they usually crack after only a couple of weeks, and look bad anyway.

    I was hoping to find a screen protector similar to the old Zagg ones - thick, flexible, self-healing. Unfortunately, this product isn’t quite the same as that, but what it IS, is a decent thin screen protector that is anti-glare. I’m happy with it. I’ve had it on a couple of months and it’s holding up great.

    Bought these just a couple weeks after buying a couple of the glass screen protectors for mine and my boyfriends iPhone 7 Plus. I've never liked the tempered glass ones, but thought I'd give them another shot. And just like always, they chip and shattered from the simplest things! They make you "believe" they save your phone from shattering, which couldn't be further from the truth. The matte ones are the way to go! These arrived in great packaging just 2 days after ordering, and putting them on is extremely straight forward. They are thin yes, but in the long run that's better. The thicker the protector, over time from pressing much harder on the display, it actually damages the touch sensitivity. A couple tips from putting on thousands of these with my job.... Slightly bend the protector "like a hot dog" and place it on that way, side to side, instead of top to bottom... less room for error. And after that, if you still have minor bubbles or dust particles, use a piece of masking tape or painters tape (those tend to be way less damaging than regular scotch tape) to lift the screen protector, and use a clean piece of that tape to lightly dab the dust or smooth out the air bubble, and you'll never know it was there! You can see in my photos comparing the gloss of the horrible previous one, compared to this amazing matte one! Both of which I used tape on several times! This was weeks ago now, and both mine and my boyfriends are still in mint condition!! Amazing price and product, and will definitely continue to use them in the future!(in photos black phone has new matte protector and white phone has old gloss tempered glass)

    I liked the screen protectors a lot but my hands are calloused from being in the construction industry and a hobbyist musician. With that the screen protector feels a little slow against my fingertips. The other problem I had(most likely because I have the matte black iPhone) was that it was very difficult to get the thing on the phone. I went through 5 of the 6 screen protectors before I got it on, even then I had a particle underneath. I'm sure someone else can get these things on no problem. Other than the issues I had I'd say it's a good screen protector and it saved my device from some nasty marks. For now however I've opted to go for a life proof case.
