This is the best case on the market for a portal. The device fits perfectly inside without any issues whatsoever. You can secure it fully, and also completely zip the case closed, while still having a port in the front where you can insert a charging cable. So you can have the case completely secured and closed and still be charging your portal. I highly recommend this case.

    Very nice case if you are not going to be home-bound with your Portal.

    More expensive than many of the Portal cases I have seen around, it's quality is similarily higher. The outside is rigid, the inside does not smell or have unnecessary pockets or compartments, the thumb sticks have dedicated alcoves and do not press up against mesh on the top cover. I like it. It does have a door in the bottom to allow you to feed a cable for charging, but honestly this seems like something most people would never use. To get the cable attached you would still need to remove the Portal from the case to plug it in anyways... Maybe if you had a battery pack and a big bag that would fit both.... Nice to have but probably limited use feature.

    If you primarily use your portal at home and rarely travel with it, I would probably recommend saving the money and getting one of those cheaper cases.
