Cooling System Vacuum Purge Radiator Coolant Refill Tool

The pneumatic vacuum coolant filler first uses the shop air to pump the cooling system and form a vacuum, and then pumps the coolant into the cooling system. Adding coolant under vacuum will not cause large air pockets and avoid engine deformation or other damage. Normally, it takes 5-10 minutes to fill the coolant, depending on the size of the tank.

Easy To Operate

Easy To Operate

1. Empty the coolant as much as possible.

2. Select the appropriate adapter sleeve to the adapter and connect the tee fitting, vacuum pump (not included) , pressure relief hose, vacuum cleaning and refill tools.

3. Insert the adapter into the radiator and turn the gold knob to seal it. Open the valve on the brass tube, then open the vacuum pump to vacuum to -25 ~ -20 inhg. Close valves and vacuum pumps.

4. Disconnect the TEE Joint and replace it with a hose filled with coolant. The hose is inserted into the coolant storage tank. Open the valve and the coolant is sucked into the radiator.

Note

1. Wear gloves and goggles when using.

2. The coolant replacement kit shall be used by or under the direction of a professional.

3. Always refer to the equipment manufacturer's operating instructions and compare with the manufacturer's recommended readings.

4. Be careful when you turn on the cooling system. The cooling system may be under pressure and the hot coolant may be ejected.

5. Be careful when working on a running engine. Loose or baggy clothing may get stuck on rotating engine parts.

How to Use: 1. Clear the water in the tank. 2. Open the car hood and hang the hook in the proper position. 3. Connect the universal rubber joint to the tank. 4. Make sure that all switches are closed and connect the thin tube to the tail of the mouse. 5. Connect the intake pipe Press the yellow switch button to open the air inlet switch for vacuum When the pressure reaches 20-25Inhg (-50 to -60cmhg), turn off the NO.3 switch. 6. The antifreeze hose will be connected to the body, the other end into the antifreeze container, the interface must be completely submerged below the water level, open the water switch antifreeze automatically added to the tank.
