Directions for Use:
Lay the heating pad flat on the massage bed/sofa/bed;

    This is a really great product for the price. That being said sometimes if left plugged in and unused too long the screen would jam and I would have to unplug and plug back in.

    Now I just keep it unplugged and plug it in when I need and it worlds great.

    The mat is comfortable for clients to stay on during the massage too (I also use a liner and table sheet to help)

I usually use 3 and it's just right for people but have cranked it to 4 for very cold days.     Purchased the item in June to use as a bed warmer. It worked fine until a week ago when the pad stopped heating up. The control remote is very short from the pad to the person using it (about 12 inches) and also feels very cheaply made. The buttons feel like they are trying to pop out and/or break every time they are pressed. Compared to many other buyers who have had their remote stop working, my remote is still working fine or at least it looks like it is working the same as when I've used it since June 2024. The pad itself looks undamaged, but it will not heat up. Very disappointed as the pad just stopped working from one day to the next with no warning.
