The crank operator in my window snapped off and I needed a replacement. It used a 13 1/2" arm.
I ended up going with this 9" one despite the difference in size (the deal I got was too good to pass up).
Turned out to not be a big deal in the end. It was a breeze to install. So simple. The only difference being that the window does not open as wide as a 13 1/2" crank operator would open, but honestly it still quite wide, so it ended up working out perfectly in the end.
Solid piece of equipment and would highly recommend if you're in the market for something like this. Just make sure if you're doing a replacement that it matches up to how your old one installed. This one used the exact same number of screws in an identical placement, so it was dead simple.
