This works as expected, although the trigger clicks on and then clicks off again, which was unexpected. You can finesse the trigger to not lock. U can run it with different levels of soap output, and also just run it with water and bypass the soap which is nice. I have been using it on the highest soap output to kill many wasps that are invading our balcony. Works well, happy hunting.

Like most everyone else here, I bought this thanks to Girl with the Dogs, as well as her shampoo and conditioner, and an additional cup so rinsing the one out to use conditioner would be unnecessary. I have 3 big dogs and bathe them only inside. I had to get an adapter to fit it in the shower but it works great. I wasted a lot of shampoo the first time, then realized I needed to use the lowest soap setting with just a little shampoo after getting the dog wet all over, then quickly apply the shampoo everywhere and work it in with my hands. The on/off control is super handy.

Makes bath time so much better and gets the dogs cleaner than I've ever been able to!

So far so good, just using it on my own dog though. Love that it shuts off without having to turn off the taps. A bit of Concentrated shampoo (about 1 T) in the bottle lasts until I get my 30 lb poodle saturated with suds.
I don’t think this would hold up for a dog grooming shop (I’m a retired groomer). But for home use it’s been great.
Ps - there is a screw inside that you can loosen - take the bottle off and it’s inside. Adjust that to make the dial preform how you want.

Edit: I tried to like this. The second time I used it, I used a highly concentrated soap designed to be used with a sprayer like this one. The soap emptied with record speed. It's a shame, as I really do love the power of the sprayer itself, but the soap emptying as fast as it does makes it useless for anything but a mere sprayer. Returning it.

I used concentrated soap, and filled the cup to the top. I set the soap dial to use the least amount of soap possible. The cup was still empty in less than 3 minutes. I originally bought this to clean the dog's urine off the fence and tree trunks, but it's useless for that. I do love the sprayer itself though. The spray has more power than other sprayers I've used. It does work really well for washing dogs, it just empties the soap cup extremely fast. I don't know if it attaches to a shower hose, as we have adapters to attach a garden hose to our kitchen sink and just use it that way.

I'm not sure if I'd recommend this or not. We're keeping it because it cuts dog washing down to a third of the time, and it allows the soap to reach the skin under a thick double coat. Outside of dog washing, I don't see us using it for anything. For the price, I think it's worth keeping for the dogs. I just have to use only enough soap for one dog at a time, and not fill the cup.
