With multiple mode settings and volume control, the MEDca CIC Mini Hearing Amplifier delivers powerful, crisp, clear sound—without annoying feedback or whistling. Easily adjust to the perfect sound level for your environment with a simple twist of the volume dial and the included screwdriver.

HOW TO USE:
Insert a new A10 battery into the hearing amplifier.
Choose the ear dome that best fits your ear canal and attach it securely.
Insert the amplifier into your ear canal gently.
Use the included screwdriver to turn the volume dial and select your desired mode.

TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS:
No Sound? Check that the battery is inserted correctly and not expired. Try replacing it with a fresh A10 battery.
Whistling Noise? Ensure the amplifier fits snugly with the correct ear dome. Feedback usually results from a poor seal.
Too Quiet or Distorted? Adjust the volume slowly. Also clean the ear dome and sound tube to ensure there's no wax blockage.

    If you purchase this item just read the entire small manual and follow it, do not be in a hurry, it takes time to try all the ear plugs if you are unable to stop the high whistle, do not give up, it took me hours to get this, I am 85 years old and live alone, It would help if you know someone who has earing aids, as they are used to this.
    But after five days I love this unit, it really works well. Good luck and don't give up.
