I take Magnesium L-Threonate + Magnesium Glycinate, one for brain cognitive and another for sleep+relaxation and together they actually play a more crucial role than just brain and sleep functions.
I never knew how deficient I was in magnesium and I'm a health nut, eating whole and superior unprocessed foods but not actually getting enough magnesium from foods so I had to take magnesium supplements.
Then I realized, there's so many forms of magnesium and my multivitamin also had magnesium but I learned the hard truth that most magnesium are trash or just fillers and they either make you constipated, get IBS symptoms, or loose stools. If you look at your multivitamin, you can tell just by looking at a few vitamins which company uses actual higher and bioavailability forms vs just trash fillers. Most companies will have higher quality in other vitamin forms but magnesium is a bit difference because it's expensive in itself so I would suggest sourcing a good magnesium like Magnesium L-Threonate and Magnesium Glycinate as most companies won't use these forms in their multivitamins and if they do, it's probably expensive as hell.
I tried this brand, thinking it'll probably be some low quality Magnesium L-Threonate, but it's actually legit and it feels exactly like the other brands that I take and priced very similar.
The pills that I've taken so far didn't have any weird defects or brown or weird things going on, like some of other new brands.
I'll continue taking this and will update if anything bad occurs, so if it's still 5 stars, then it means it's still good.
