A few months ago, I had to replace a power window regulator in my Hummer H2. I decided to do the job myself and save $450. I did not have these tools. Not having the right tool for the job made the work a miserable experience. The electrical connectors were old and stiff. Just getting the connectors apart without breaking them took up far more time than swapping out the regulator. When I was done, I was thinking there must be a better way. I found there are specialized tools for disconnecting these connectors. I ordered a set of two. When I replaced the radio in my GMC pickup a couple of months ago, they made removing the connector a simple job.
The reason I ordered this set is that this set includes one of the tools I did not have. The other two are the same and cost the same at that time as this 3-peice set. I plan to give my old tools to a relative and keep this set. This set has a very nice storage case. It also came with an easy to read, letter size instruction sheet printed in full color. That is something rarely seen nowadays.
