PNI Escort HP 62 CB transceiver

Multifunctional backlit LCD display

The illuminated display shows the current working mode of the radio, the active functions (EMG, LOCK, SC, DW), the frequency band and the number of the selected channel, as well as the level of the received and transmitted signal.

The screen light can be turned on or off by pressing the dedicated key on the left side of the front panel.

Functions and connectors

Although small in size, PNI Escort HP 62 is equipped with most of the functions required for a CB transceiver. Functions such as RF Gain, Scan, Automatic Squelch, Dual Watch or Last channel recall make this radio easy to adapt to different communication needs.

The 2-pin connector (for microphone ans speaker) allows you to use the radio hands-free.

AM/FM

Set the CB Radio on AM modulation

If you want to set the CB Radio on AM modulation, you must change the standard of the radio. If your radio is preset on a standard that does not support AM, pressing the AM/FM button won't produce any effect. Choose a standard that supports AM. Read the user manual for the instructions on how to change the radio's standard.
